This Privacy Policy explains how Color Sink: Match Rush (“the app”, “we”, “us”), published by AAM Builds, handles information. In short: the app has no account, your game progress stays on your device, and the app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob.
1. The short version
- No sign-up and no account — we don’t ask for your name or email.
- Your progress, scores, and settings are stored on your device. We run no servers that receive them.
- The app is free and shows ads via Google AdMob, which involves device identifiers (see below).
- We never sell your personal information.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Color Sink: Match Rush is free and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, a Google service. To show ads — including rewarded ads — and to control how often you see them, AdMob and Google may collect and process device information and identifiers such as your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), device type, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. Depending on your choices and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. 3. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, the app asks for your permission before accessing your advertising identifier for personalized ads (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you’ll still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Purchases
Any in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or buying coins/skins) are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We receive only whether a purchase succeeded — never your name, card, or payment details.
5. Analytics
We may use Google/AdMob’s standard, aggregated reporting to understand ad performance and app stability. We do not build profiles to identify you personally, and we operate no analytics servers of our own.
6. Children
Color Sink: Match Rush is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where child-privacy rules apply, advertising partners are configured to serve non-personalized ads as required.
7. Your choices & rights
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.
- Delete the app to remove its on-device data.
- If you’re in the EU/EEA (GDPR), the UK, or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights over personal data processed about you; because we hold no such data on our own servers, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, and you may contact us with any questions.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. For material changes we’ll note it in the app’s release notes.
