How do I cancel or manage a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, choose the app, and change or cancel your plan there. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy, open the app, and use its “Restore Purchases” option (usually in Settings). Your purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they follow you across devices.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the purchase. We're happy to help if something went wrong — just email us.

How do I delete my data?

Our apps store your content and settings on your device, and we don't run servers that hold your personal data. To remove an app's data, simply delete the app from your device. See each app's privacy policy for specifics.
