Privacy Policy

This general Privacy Policy describes how AAM Builds (“we”, “us”) approaches privacy across all of our iOS apps. Individual apps have their own policies with specifics; this page covers the principles common to everything we make, and links to each app’s policy below.

Our principles

Advertising (some free games)

Some of our free games are supported by ads delivered through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and Google may process device identifiers such as your advertising identifier (IDFA). On iOS, apps ask permission before using your identifier for personalized ads (App Tracking Transparency); declining means you still see ads, but non-personalized. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Apps that are not ad-supported (such as HUSH and IDReady) do not show third-party ads.

Subscriptions

Some apps (for example, HUSH) offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. These are billed by Apple; manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where child-privacy rules apply to ad-supported games, ad partners are configured to serve non-personalized ads as required.

International & your rights

If you’re in the EU/EEA (GDPR), the UK, or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights over personal data processed about you. Because we hold no personal data about you on our own servers, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google; you may always contact us with questions.

Security

Your data lives in your device’s sandbox, protected by iOS. There is no central server of ours for an attacker to breach, because we operate none for these apps.

Per-app privacy policies

We also publish policies for apps currently in review: Doomless and Closva.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. For material changes we’ll note it in the app’s release notes.
