This Privacy Policy explains how HUSH: Sleep Sounds (“HUSH”, “the app”, “we”, “us”), published by AAM Builds, handles information. The short version: HUSH keeps your sleep setup on your device, is supported by optional subscriptions rather than ads, and we never sell your data.
1. The short version
- No account required. Your Sleep Plan, mixes, favorites, and preferences are stored on your device.
- HUSH is supported by optional subscriptions, not advertising. The app does not show third-party ads.
- We run no servers that receive your personal data, and we never sell it.
2. What HUSH stores on your device
To work, HUSH keeps the following locally on your device only: your 7-question Sleep Plan answers, the sound mixes and favorites you build, your timer and playback preferences. We do not receive this information.
3. Health & wellbeing
HUSH is a relaxation and sleep-sound tool — not a medical device — and does not provide medical advice. It does not read from Apple Health and does not collect health records.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
HUSH Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (and/or a one-time purchase) processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We receive only your entitlement status (whether a purchase is active) on your device — never your name, card, or payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
5. Audio & notifications
HUSH plays audio and, with your permission, can send optional reminders via Apple’s notification system. You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
6. Third parties & analytics
HUSH does not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs, so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate product analytics in a future version, we will name the provider here and update the App Store privacy label before that version ships.
7. Children
HUSH is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Your rights
Because your data lives on your device and we don’t receive it, you’re in control: delete the app to remove its data. If you’re covered by the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA (California), you may contact us with any questions, though we hold no personal data about you on our own servers.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. For material changes we’ll note it in the app’s release notes.
