How do I get the app?
IDReady: Passport ID Photo is free to download on the App Store. Open its App Store page on your iPhone or iPad and tap Get.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. IDReady processes and sizes your photos entirely on your device — your images are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
Why does it need camera and photo access?
Only so you can take or pick a photo to turn into an ID/passport/visa image. Access is used solely for that purpose.
How do I manage purchases?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Manage them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or restore them in the app. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
