Tasleem: Property Snagging
Tasleem has no account, backend, or project-sync service. AAM Builds cannot remotely open, recover, or edit a local project and cannot restore or transfer a report unlock. We normally reply within 1–2 business days.
How do I get started?
On Projects, tap New project, enter Project name, optionally add project details or a floor plan, then tap Save. Open the new project and tap Capture snag.
How do I add a floor-plan PDF?
On New project, tap Add floor plan PDF and choose a PDF. Tasleem imports page 1, renders it once as an image, and stores that image with the local project. Other pages are not imported. You can use Add floor plan image instead.
How do I capture and describe a snag?
Open a project and tap Capture snag. Choose Open camera or Choose from library. On New snag, enter Title to enable saving, then add any other details. Tap Save snag to return or Save & next to continue capturing.
Are annotation, voice, location, and floor-plan pins optional?
Yes. You can mark up the photo, dictate a title or details with on-device recognition, place the snag on an imported plan, and choose whether to add current coordinates to photo evidence. Evidence still saves if you choose Not now or location is unavailable.
How does the free report preview work?
Open a project and tap Export. Report preview shows a watermarked Arabic–English PDF containing the first three snags while the project is locked.
What does the AED 99.99 unlock include?
On Report preview, tap Unlock report — AED 99.99 and complete the App Store purchase. The consumable purchase unlocks repeated exports of the complete, watermark-free Arabic–English PDF for that one selected local project on the current app installation. It is not a subscription and does not unlock another project.
Can I restore or transfer an unlock?
No. The consumable unlock is recorded only on the selected project in the current installation. It cannot be restored after deleting the project or reinstalling Tasleem, and it cannot be transferred to another project or device. Do not delete Tasleem as a purchase troubleshooting step because deletion removes local projects and unlock records.
How do I share the complete report?
After unlocking the project, open it, tap Export, then tap Share report on Report preview. Keep Tasleem open while the report builds. The PDF leaves the app only when the iOS share sheet opens and you choose a destination. AAM Builds does not receive a copy.
Can I edit or delete a snag?
You can change a saved snag's status. Review titles, details, photos, annotations, and dictated text before saving because the current app does not edit those fields afterward. To delete a saved snag, swipe its row left and tap Delete. To delete a project, touch and hold its card on Projects, then tap Delete.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund eligibility. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I'd like to, choose Request a refund, select the Tasleem purchase, and follow Apple's instructions.
What should I try if something is not working?
Check Tasleem's Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Location access in iOS Settings as relevant. Try another photo or readable PDF for import issues. For purchase problems, connect to the internet and try Unlock report — AED 99.99 again. Keep Tasleem open while building a report, confirm free device storage, and do not delete the app.
What should I include in a support email?
Include the Tasleem version and build number, iPhone model and iOS version, labels tapped in order, the complete error message, the affected feature, and a screenshot with private property details hidden. For purchase issues, include the approximate date and App Store region. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
